Accountability

Financial Transparency

UFNOR is developing systems to protect charitable assets, honor donor restrictions, and document grantmaking and resource-distribution decisions.

Board oversight

The seven-member Board approves budgets, reviews financial information, manages conflicts of interest, and oversees grants, equipment, regional hubs, and other material charitable commitments.

Restricted funds

Restricted grants and donations should be tracked by funding source and approved purpose and used only for lawful charitable activities.

Resource allocation

Significant food, funding, transportation, storage, equipment, and emergency resources should be distributed using documented, objective, and consistently applied criteria.

Public reporting

As UFNOR becomes operational, this page can publish adopted budgets, annual reports, IRS filings, audits or financial reviews, gift-acceptance information, and Board-approved policies.
