Religious organizations can retain their identity and conduct separately funded religious activities. Food and resources provided through UFNOR must be distributed according to charitable need.
A recipient cannot be required to attend worship, participate in prayer, receive religious instruction, make a statement of faith, join an organization, receive religious counseling, donate money, or participate in another religious activity.
